ommunity Circle Program (CCP)

Identifying community challenges/problems and share ideas on how to solve these community.

The Community Circle Program (CCP) is an initiative created by RADA to bring community members together to identify local challenges and collectively design practical solutions. The program recognizes that those who live within a community best understand its problems and are also the most capable of driving meaningful change.

Through regular dialogue forums, focus group discussions, and participatory meetings, CCP provides a platform where youths, women, leaders, and stakeholders openly share concerns affecting their neighborhoods—such as unemployment, insecurity, poor sanitation, and social conflicts. Participants are encouraged to propose ideas, develop action plans, and take ownership of community development processes.

The program has strengthened solidarity among community members and promoted a culture of problem-solving rather than blame. Many local actions such as clean-up campaigns, mediation of family disputes, and support to vulnerable persons have emerged from CCP discussions. By empowering people to speak and act together, the Community Circle Program is building resilient and self-reliant communities.
