Equipping fresh graduates with relevant skills through practical and theoretical learning
The Circles Volunteer Program (CVP) is a flagship initiative of RADA (Reconciliation and Development Association) designed to empower fresh graduates and young professionals with the skills, confidence, and practical experience needed to succeed in today’s competitive environment.
Through a balanced combination of theoretical learning and hands-on practice, CVP equips participants with relevant, market-driven skills while nurturing a strong sense of social responsibility and community engagement. Volunteers are placed in structured learning circles where they gain exposure to real-world projects, mentorship, teamwork, and problem-solving in development and reconciliation-focused contexts.
The program focuses on:
- Building practical and professional skills aligned with community and development needs
- Enhancing employability through real project experience
- Promoting leadership, collaboration, and ethical service
- Preparing young graduates to contribute meaningfully to peacebuilding, reconciliation, and sustainable development
By investing in young people, the Circles Volunteer Program strengthens human capacity and creates a new generation of skilled, socially conscious leaders committed to positive change in their communities.
