RADA Offers several training and consultancies including:

& Partnerships, Strategic Planning, Effective Communication, Team building, Use of Social Media, Leadership, Evaluations, etc. You can book a training for your team, organizational leadership, or attend any of our workshops.
HEALTH PROMOTION SESSIONS
We receive invitations for literacy, education and awareness on specific health topics including Non Communicable Diseases, Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights, WaSH, etc. Contact us and request for awareness creation in your group.
SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS FOR EVENTS
RADA can be requested to speak in your event on any of the topics around motivational speaking, career orientation for youths, Entrepreneurship, Effective Employment, Leadership, etc. What conference, or summit or workshop are you holding, book a RADA Speaker by contacting us.
WEEKLY VEGETABLE FARM SHARES
Quick, Easy, tastier, chemical -free, long lasting, healthier taste and cheaper with respect to your health cost of buying unhealthy food. RADA's Green Connekt Project is all about improving access to healthier food options to those who need it most. Currently, through GC, you can book a farm share and receive weekly vegetables your chosen location in the City of Bamenda. Sign up for our newsletter and be notified as soon as this project begins.

Check Our Services
Events Hall
With a capacity space of 20-25 persons, RADA’s event hall can host your trainings, meetings, workshops, conferences, etc. with ability for you to still project using the projector and screen. It is a top notch for your small events. To rent this event hall for a day, it will cost you 20,000frs. If you need to use our hybrid (virtual and physical) meeting conversations, there is an extra cost of 10,000FCFA for projector and Wifi.
Board Room
RADA has a standard board room that takes 8-10 persons and will still give you room to project your work for all to see clearly and work together. This Board Room is well equipped with high quality conference table and chairs. The rest room is always hygienically clean as well. This board room is given at a cost of 25,000frs per day. If you need to use our hybrid (virtual and physical) meeting conversations, there is an extra cost of 10,000FCFA for projector and Wifi.
Laboratory
A well-structured laboratory is available at the Reconciliation and Development Association with high class machines and devices as well as consumables to facilitate your basic laboratory research works. This lab is open to University students and lecturers, health institutions and persons, food experts and many others. The cost of this laboratory for a single experiment or research is 20,000frs and it include an available quantity of consumables and should not exceed a day. Additional consumables will be paid for and damage of any device or machine will be replace by the person doing the research with quality of our standard.
RADA Studio
At the Reconciliation Studios, be rest assured of your images, videos and audio productions to be nothing but the best. For your snapshots, podcasts in person, video interviews, voice adverts etc, RADA is the right place for these services. Cost is dependent on the objectives of the client and duration of work. Visit RADA office or email (ferdinantmbiy@recdev.org)to know the various costs. This is not a music recording studio but for recording of audio and video shots.
Projector
To amplify you work to be seen by everyone in your program, RADA offers you a high quality Epson projector to accompany you in pitching your presentations. This projector can be adjusted to suit the users, can be projected from a far distance and it is very bright. Also, it can be connected to several input devices like microphones and output devices like speakers. Rental of this equipment for a day is billed at 5,000frs. Any damage or misplacement of the projector or its accessories will be replaced by the client.

Graphics and Videos
RADA is available to give your graphics and video editing a beautiful touch, to keep you glue to them, to make you see your worth. Through our designs, we bring out the beauty in your work. Grant Writing
With skilled and experience team at RADA, be rest assured that you will have the best of knowledge impartation as far as grant writing or fundraising is concerned. We train from grant search, needs assessments, preparations to write, writing process, implementation right up to reporting. For your organization, church, school, hospital, etc, don’t hesitate to contact us to get this great skill to better your institution and the community as a whole. Cost is based on duration; 3 days’ introductory course is 30,000FCFA, one (1) week crash course is 50,000FCFA and a three (3) weeks full course is 70,000FCFA.
Budget Development
Financial budget development is a proposal or project in figures. This is technical because only experts can look at your project and bring out a compelling and point adding budget to your proposal for you to stand a high chance of being funded. Do not joke with this aspect. Contact us on (ferdinantmbiy@recdev.org) to poll our resources together and do this work for. The touch is outstanding. The cost for a financial budget development per project is 5% of the total cost.
