Background:
The world faces serious challenges as outlined in the SDGs. Every community is affected. The responsibility of response lies to a great extend in the hands of youths who will face this future. This concept has been built to create a nexus for sustainable, creative, passionate and dependable leadership and solutions across the SDGs, especially on RADA’s specific domains of impact including health, peace, education, agriculture and technology.
What are Circles? Circles, developed from the concept of Communities of Practice (CoP), bring together students, professionals and graduates with interest in a specific domain as mentors and mentees to identify, elaborate and implement solutions to menacing community problems in Cameroon.
The purpose of Circles is to provide professional mentorship platform, imbue the spirit of team work among youths and productivity.
Objectives of Circles: Circles have three objectives as follows;
- Identify and articulate precise community problems in their domain of interest.
- Develop sustainable solutions to the identified community problems through brainstorming/Research
