About the Program
Geological Agriculture (GeoAg) is the study and application of cultivating plants and vegetation indoors or outdoors permanently without the use of soil and fertilizers. This theory of agriculture was introduced by Richard Campbell to integrate geological agricultural sciences where appropriate within the academic structures of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs), Hispanic Serving Institution (HSIs) and African Universities prior to engaging other universities. Getting to discover these experiments have been carried out here in RADA in the small GeoAg farm where soya beans, groundnuts, beans and melon where planted which the turnout was positive. However, this experiment was also introduced to 2 different universities and the experiments were equally conducted in these 2 schools |
Program's Goal
