Program Overview

This is a community-based intervention for people aged 40-70 to improve the quality of life through exercise, diet, and psychological support. It allows for international dialogue in health as well as supports the aged in improving their health, quality of life, and productivity

THE MAIN OBJECTIVES FOR THE PROGRAM

  1. Promote Active and healthy Ageing in low- and middle-income households.
  2. Advocate for the development of Health Units or Facilities that are suitable for the promotion of Active and Healthy Ageing.
  3. Support the development of Health Information on risks factors of NCDs.
  4. Develop Public Health initiatives in preparation for Active and Healthy Ageing.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROGRAM

The purpose of this program is to promote and support healthy ageing by collaborating with other health units in developing facilities suitable and accessible to adult ageing.

Integrated Wellbeing

A community-based intervention for ages 40–70 that improves quality of life through structured exercise, balanced diet, and psychological support.

Collaborative Infrastructure

Partners with health units to develop and promote facilities that are suitable, accessible, and supportive for adults as they age.

International Health Exchange

Fosters international dialogue in aging health while supporting older adults in maintaining health, productivity, and an engaged quality of life.
