Board of Directors (Message from Board Chair)

Welcome to the website of the Reconciliation and Development Association (RADA).

As our organization continues to evolve into its mission and vision, we have expanded our board to include opinion leaders from our specific areas of community development interest as represented in our mission statement.

Our dedicated Board members and staff now also reflect renowned members of the Health, Education, Agriculture and Environmental protection along with our well-respected Technical Advisers in the Advisory Board, making RADA a Nationally renowned organization dependent on by the Ministry of Public Health and other relevant government ministries for advancing the national development agenda.

Since our inception in 2017, RADA has advocated for front of package warning labels, conducted research on both services and information systems, provided targeted education to healthcare providers, and vulnerable populations including through symposia, trainings, and webinars involving actors both in Africa and even worldwide with affordability, accessibility and acceptability of our work by beneficiaries being at the fore front of our purpose.

As you may already know, RADA is a non-profit foundation dedicated to improving the quality of life, reducing mortality and morbidity and protecting the environment. We leverage the skills and talents, and full potentials of our staff, and board to support community development which often times is long overdue.

RADA is committed to developing Cameroon and Africa, and I look forward to collaborating with you to expand our programs even further into the continent.

Should you wish to learn more about RADA please contact our Chief Executive Officer, at ferdinantmbiy@recdev.org.
